Hydraulic block tilter
Enable EPS block from vertical to horizontal, hydraulic operation, safe and steady
Oscillation cut frequency in horizontal is changeable depends on block
density And moisture content.
Vertical cut
Oscillation cut speed is fixed on vertical, increasing approx. 30% cutting speed.
There is one blower on top and one blower on bottom, to cool the wire ends.
In corss cutting, on both sides, there are block alignment, to insure the
cutting precision
Cross cut
The cutting frame moves up and down, the wires installed on the frame cut EPS block to different length.
Maximum 15 wires can be manually set in cross cutting.
